Tiffany Alexander
Founder, EmpowerAbles for Kids
Tiffany Alexander’s journey of advocacy began long before she realized it. As a high school student, she was naturally drawn to the life skills classroom, where she spent countless hours connecting with peers who had special needs. Those early friendships planted the seed for what would later become her life’s calling.
Her professional path started in a group home for cognitively delayed adult men, an experience she describes as deeply humbling and rewarding. From there, Tiffany returned to her alma mater, where she dedicated 13 years leading the Special Education Department. In the very hallways she once walked as a student, she designed and implemented innovative sports and vocational programs that transformed not only her students’ educational journeys but also their families’ lives.
With a passion for creating meaningful opportunities, Tiffany is committed to empowering youth with disabilities to thrive both on and off the field. Her work focuses on fostering independence, building confidence, and nurturing the skills that lead to lifelong self-sufficiency. Through EmpowerAbles for Kids, Tiffany continues to turn compassion into action, ensuring that every child has the chance to discover their strengths and shine.
